Since 2015, our contest prep team has been guiding athletes to success on the bodybuilding stage. We proudly coach competitors in Bikini, FitModel, Wellness and Figure divisions, delivering expert guidance to a wide range of athletes—from complete novices to natural Pros.

Our approach emphasizes a positive and supportive environment while pushing each athlete to reach their full potential and honoring their body and spirit. Each athlete is assigned a coach and benefits from the collective expertise of our entire team. We provide a comprehensive prep process with monthly team zoom meetings, day-of-show support for regional, national, and pro-level competitions. We handle every detail to ensure you step on stage confident, prepared, and ready to showcase your best.

COACHING:

ATHLETE RATE:

• Flat rate with option to renew

• Registration - Includes welcome team package

• If at any point you decide to cancel , you will be responsible for letting us know before the 1st of the month. However, if at any time you would like to explore other coaches on the team, you can absolutely do so.**

POSING:

• Group posing sessions during prep on Zoom (4th Monday of the month) None in July and December 

CANCELLATIONS:

• No cancellation or refunds for prepayment due to the extensive amount of time that is taken to prepare workouts & meal plans. All Sales are final. No transferring services. No exceptions.
