The 1st Annual Meetup takes your workout to the heart of Columbia SC! Enjoy multiple fitness classes, live music and amazing health & wellness vendors. Hosted by @ReginaPerezFitness . Meet women from our Facebook group & build last longing friendships. You’ll enjoy Belly dancing, Zumba, Soca, TwerkFit & more. You can choose which classes to join. Then stay for the posing seminar with the pros where complimentary food will be provided. Mix & Mingle will be held at private location 8pm. More information below.
