You will also be given an area where you can login your food intake, exercise and activities. At the end of every week, you will be asked a few questions to give perspective to me and yourself about how you did that week of the 4 Week New Year, New You Challenge!

Remember that we will be measuring the most weight loss at the end of the 4 week challenge.
