Let's be real: running on the treadmill isn't fun. In fact, it can become the same routine every day. It is important that you switch up your routines to be successful. The treadmill remains a relatively convenient tool to help get a quick sweat session in, no matter how uneventful the experience may be.
Here are three exercises to try out instead of the treadmill.
-Booty Band Workout-
Adding a booty band, also known as a hip circle, mini band, or resistance band to your fitness routine is a great way to sculpt your butt and make bodyweight moves harder. They're cost-efficient, come in different sizes (aka, resistances), and are perfect for workout at home or at the gym.
Dance Fitness Class designed to help tone your lower body and build bigger glutes. This class is virtual and in person that has taken over social media. The goal of the class is to tone your stomach and glutes while building self confidence all from the comfort of your home.

HIIT (high-intensity interval training)
If you're ready to really take your workouts up a notch, high-intensity interval training (also known as HIIT) is the way to go. "HIIT means pushing yourself during short bursts of your workout session so you're exercising at close to 100 percent of your maximum heart rate then recovering at a lower intensity of roughly 70 percent of your maximum heart rate. "The interval lengths can range depending on your fitness level. HIIT workouts are one of the best ways to enhance your burn after your workout is over."
