There are 3 main poses to focus on: Front pose, Back pose, and Model pose.
We will cover all aspects of posing making sure there are no surprises on your show day. We will be going through everything from your walk to call outs and holding your pose when you’re off to the side. A prepared athlete starts posing from behind the curtain.
Virtual sessions are done on Zoom or Google meets and information is provided instantly when you purchase.
Recommend 4 posing session to prepare for your show.
