Posing Coaching for Fit Model, Bikini, Wellness and Figure Competitors
Natural IFBB PRO Regina Perez Fitness offers in-person and Zoom call posing coaching for Fit Model, Bikini, Wellness and Figure athletes. She will do one-time sessions for fine tuning and also encourages multiple sessions to help develop the overall presentation by breaking down and teaching the process over time. Learn more about her.
2026 Posing-Coaching Rates:
$100 for each IN-person session; 60 minutes long; We can cover more in person, so the time is longer
$55 for each online session; 30 minutes long; Zoom calls max at 30 minutes for each session
Sessions can be sold in singles or multiples.

Coaching Tip: I highly suggest allowing ample time before your show to make at least 3_-5 sessions, as a minimum, to really develop and hone in your posing and stage presence. It’s not uncommon for ladies to be starting their posing coaching with me some 6-12 months prior to their show date!
